  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must include:

  • Original packaging
  • Tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Watches that have been used, worn, or scratched
  • Items damaged due to improper handling
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

If payment was made via mobile money or bank transfer, you will be contacted for refund details.


4. Exchanges

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product is defective or incorrect
  • The item is still in original condition

We will replace it with the same item, or a similar one if unavailable.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs
  • If the return is for personal reasons, you cover shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
